Saddleridge Charolais is a diversified family beef and grain farm at Rosemary, Alberta, Canada.

Ralph and Liz Retzlaff along with sons Leonard, his wife Michelle, and Luke and his wife Amanada, raise cereal grains, canola, pedigree alfalfa seed and leafcutter bees, as well as hay and corn for feed for the cattle. Their herd consists of approximately 80 purebred Charolais cows and 200 commercial cows, along with a backgrounding lot that feeds 400 Char-cross calves.

Their top Charolais bulls are sold each year through the Saddleridge Charolais Bull Sale at Bow Slope Shipping in Brooks, AB, at the end of February.
